7 Things That Happen to Your Body When You Take Magnesium Every Day

Magnesium plays a vital role in our bodies, as it’s being involved in over 300 biochemical reactions and essential for cell energy production.

Plus, this mineral is a base component of materials of bone, DNA, and RNA. Thus, makes it essential for the regulation of blood sugar and the synthesis of proteins and nerve function.

Magnesium has been used by numerous medical and healthcare professionals since its isolation in 1808. Therefore, it’s often called the “miracle minerals” by health professionals.

Here are 7 things that happen when you take magnesium every day:

1. Encourages cell communication

To support our health, body cells must communicate with their surrounding cells. Magnesium is very powerful at building connections for a vital cell-signaling molecular, including neurological and immunologic systems, as well as metabolic.

2. Relaxes your muscles

Magnesium, is one of the best natural muscle relaxants, commonly used by doctors to treat life-threatening arrhythmias, constipation before surgery, and women in preterm labor.

3. Sharpens your brain

Magnesium plays an important role in promoting brain health and cognition. In addition, it relaxes the smooth muscles and increases blood flow to the brain. It also reduces cortisol levels and improves cognition, learning, and memory.

4. Supports chromosomes

Magnesium can also have a beneficial impact on chromosomes. In fact, its ions have an impact on chromosome condensation or ‘folding & coiling’, where the DNA material is held together at the centromere by proteins. This gives chromosomes their beautiful shape.

5. Regulates the labor cycle

Preterm labor is a condition that occurs before the 37th week of gestation. It can be treated intravenously with magnesium sulfate by slowing down or inhibiting contractions.

6. Enhances your sleep

Magnesium affects the sleep-wake-regulating hormone melatonin, and studies have found that dietary magnesium supplementation leads to statistically significant increases in sleep time and sleep efficiency, as well as reduced factors like sleep latency and serum cortisol (stress hormone) concentration.

7. Increases vitamin D levels

Journal of the American Osteopathic Association published an article that showed magnesium was necessary for proper activation of vitamin D. This helps regulate calcium and phosphate levels and affects the growth and maintenance of bone.

Here’s a list of magnesium RDIs for men and women by gender and age:

Men:

  • 19-30 years: 400 mg/day
  • 31-50: 420m
  • 51+: 420 mg

Woman:

  • 19-30 years: 310 mg/day
  • 31-50: 320m
  • 51+: 320 mg

Magnesium deficiency is becoming a more common problem. It has been shown that 75% of Americans don’t get the recommended daily intake. Therefore, make sure to increase your magnesium intake and optimize your magnesium levels.

Baby born with an “angry” face and get Oligohydramnios diagnosis

Pregnancy is a blessing. Some couples try for years to have a baby and some couples manage to have a baby very quickly. However, the beauty of a pregnancy is that it is so unpredictable. We can never know exactly when we will have a baby.

Hollie Walls did not expect to be pregnant, because the doctors told her that she had fertility problems, but the miracle happened. She had two surgeries in the past to remove a large mass from her uterus, so she was afraid she would not be able to give birth.

She already had two sons from her first marriage, but she and her current husband wanted a child together.

She said she was shocked when she saw two lines on the pregnancy test, especially after so many tests that were negative. She did not think the test was correct because she had been told that she would not be able to conceive naturally, which is why at first she did not tell her husband that the pregnancy test was positive because she did not want to disappoint him.

Fortunately, the pregnancy went very well and every ultrasound was perfect, as were Hollie’s tests.

She said her due date came and went, and in week 41 she went to the doctor for a consultation to see if everything was okay because it looked like the baby didn’t want to come on his own. The doctor wanted to do an ultrasound to make sure everything was fine, but Hollie saw from the doctor’s face that something was not as it should be. The doctor told him he couldn’t find any amniotic fluid. Then, Hollie was very scared because until that moment she had no clue that something was wrong.

Hollie was diagnosed with Oligohydramnios, a condition she had never heard of.

Hollie immediately left the doctor’s office and went to the hospital where she had several tests and a new ultrasound. There it was seen that she had a little amniotic fluid, but she had a small amount and she calmed down. The baby looked very healthy on ultrasound, and her heart was beating properly, so she was scheduled to give birth in 3 days.

The day before the appointment, the baby moved a lot, but the movements felt different. Her mother’s intuition told Hollie she had to go to the hospital immediately. When she got to the hospital, everyone asked her all sorts of things about the pregnancy, and then a nurse pressed the emergency button. At that moment, several doctors arrived at Hollie’s room.

The baby’s heart rate was dropping and then accelerating, so it was decided that a c-section was needed.

One of the doctors explained to Hollie about the possibility of my baby being brain dead due to her heart rate and what to expect from my c-section. In the end, her little girl was born and Hollie was very happy and named her baby Winter Josephine.Hollie said she was completely in love with Winter, but she couldn’t help but laugh because she thought Winter looked very angry. Everyone said the same thing, that Winter looks very mad.I think Winter looks very nice and I’m glad he’s a healthy and loved baby.

Caitlyn Jenner appears without make-up and everyone gets the answer

Ever since Bruce Jenner publicly announced that he would become Caitlyn Jenner, she has been in the spotlight.

It’s been 5 years since the transformation happened, but people are still interested in what’s going on in Caitlyn’s life.

Caitlyn is the father of five children, including Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

To complete the transformation, Caitlyn had to go through several interventions, such as hairline correction, forehead contouring, and jaw and chin contouring. Also she had breast implants, had her beard removed and finally had the most complicated surgery, gender reassignment surgery.

Caitlyn wrote a book saying that she wants to be an inspiration to people who are afraid to confess what they actually feel. The book is called “The Secrets of My Life.”

In the book, Caitlyn says that surgeries were a success and that she now feels free and happy with herself.

During her journey, Caitlyn encountered a lot of problems, as she was always attacked on social media by people who did not agree with her decisions. She received and still receives a lot of messages that remain, but fortunately she managed to get over them and no longer affects her emotionally.

Caitlyn participated in a reality show, the British version of I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here, where she couldn’t wear makeup. In this way, everyone was able to see how beautiful she is in reality and how honest she is.

There are many people who believe that Caitlyn’s decisions were made to keep her in the public eye, but she says this is not true, especially since she was already in the public eye before talking about the transition. However, let’s not forget that many people consider her very brave and want her to be happy.

What do you think? I believe that everyone has the right to be happy, no matter what the world thinks. We also need to make decisions and move forward.

We don’t have to judge people for the decisions they make, because even though we don’t realize it, our comments can affect others a lot. This can cause depression, insecurity and anxiety.

Let’s be good to each other!

“It wasn’t just that I couldn’t get pregnant,” she wrote of those difficult years.

“[Infertility] brought me more tears than I ever thought I could shed…. I lay on my bathroom floor in complete emptiness after countless negative pregnancy tests time and time again. I had to endure shots, bruises, and all kinds of meds because when you are infertile and you seek fertility treatment for help, that is what you are in for. [It is] expensive and exhausting physically, emotionally, and mentally.”

So you can understand that Desiree and Ryan were ecstatic the moment they were finally told their first IVF treatment had worked.

And when they saw the ultrasound they couldn’t believe there was not one but three babies growing! It turned out that the couple were expecting triplets – talk about success!

Although she finally had finally fallen pregnant, doctors warned her that she wouldn’t be able to carry all the triplets to term.’

“I was too thin, too short, and it was my first pregnancy,” she recalls being told. “However, my hope wounds proved her wrong.”

The Fortin triplets were born in the summer of 2015. Desiree delivered at 34 weeks and one day, via C-section.

The couple were over the moon to welcome babies Sawyer, Jack, and Charlize – weighing more than 5 pounds each.

”I’ll never forget my delivery day. Like all things involving parenthood, there were unexpected turns. After the triplets were delivered, Ryan went with them to the neonatal intensive care unit and I was sent to recovery‚” Desiree told Today.

Amanda Lepore, “the most expensive body on Earth”: Life, career, net worth

Feeling good has a lot to do with the way we look on the outside, and that is the reason why many people turn to plastic surgery in the pursuit of better self-image and self-confidence.

The trend with these types of surgeries started during the 80’s, and it is becoming more and more popular every year. According to The Aesthetic Society statistics, in 2020 only, patients spent around $9.3 billion on aesthetic procedures, and that included surgical options as well as nonsurgical therapies.

One particular type of people who undergo the knife for the sake of looking flawless are celebrities. Most of them never confess that they have altered their faces and bodies, but some are brave enough to speak up about the procedures they had over the years.

Take Amanda Lepore for example. Her looks are pretty distinctive and she’s never afraid to share with her fans details about the surgeries she had. Her bravery is just one of the reasons why she’s loved by many.

One time, Lepore even said she had the most expensive body in the world.

Born as a boy, Lepore always felt like she was in the wrong body. At the age of 15, she started receiving female hormones, and two years later, at 17, she had undergone a gender reassignment surgery.

According to Lepore herself, her mother had a lot to do with how she saw herself. On the days when she felt sick, Lepore’s mother, who had schizophrenia and was eventually hospitalized, looked “terrible.” She didn’t wear any makeup and didn’t feel like dressing up, but on those days she felt better, well, that was a completely different story. She would put makeup and would visit a parlor, and that’s something which stuck in Lepore’s memory.

“I associate glamour with being happy. If you put on high heels and lipstick or get a new outfit, you feel great,” she explained. “It’s a celebration of loving yourself, and the whole ritual of it is so great.”

Lepore’s father, who was an Italian-American, wasn’t happy with his son turning into a girl, but since he abandoned the family, Lepore saw it as a chance to do what she wished for her entire life.

Her mom, on the other hand, was supportive with her son wearing make up and dress as a girl, but she was against a gender reassignment surgery.

Wanting to be a real girl so badly, Lepore convinced her boyfriend’s father to adopt her and sign all the necessary documents for her surgery.

“I think he was happy that his son found a nice girl,” she said of her-father-in-law paying for the procedure.

In the years that followed, besides having her nose done, she got her first breast implants.

After she divorced her husband, Lepore suffered a tragedy; her mother died of cancer.

She was then determined to start her life over, and that meant cutting all ties with her father, whom she last saw at her mother’s funeral.

Once she left New Jersey and moved to “The Big Apple,” Lepore became an instant sensation. The public first learnt of her and her impeccable style when she appeared on The Joan Rivers Show with NYC’s “Club Kids in 1990.

The show was described by Dazed as an “outrageous set of party-goers whose outfits and personas heavily shaped the New York club scene.”

From that moment on, all eyes were on Lepore. Besides her unique appearance and style, it was very obvious she possessed multiple talents, including that for acting and singing. And although she didn’t pursue a career in film, she did appear in numerous documentaries and made songs with certain rappers.

Speaking of her glamour, Lepore told Interview Magazine, “It kept me out of trouble. When I worked for [club promoter] Michael Alig, everybody was overdoing partying. It would take me so long to get ready because I was never one of those girls that were naturally the cover of Vogue. I had to work hard to look nice.

“I would take hours and hours to get ready. If you have high heels on, if you’re dressed nice, you really can’t be drunk or sloppy because it’s dangerous. It’s part of being a lady, so it really kept me out of trouble.”

Having in mind the number of surgeries she had, including having her hairline lowered and eyebrows lifted, cheekbone augmentation, double eyelid surgery (removing skin), lip augmentation, and eye surgery to make her eyes look “doll-like,” Lepore’s statement that she has the most expensive body on Earth might be true. According to some magazines, she spent around $1 million on her looks. She, however, says she doesn’t know the right amount but is happy that each of her procedures was a huge success.

Lepore also had rib reshaping surgery during which her lower ribs were broken and pushed in for the sake of getting a hourglass figure.

She published her book Doll Parts in 2017 and gave her fans an opportunity to learn more about her life and her successes.

“I’m inflated in the right places. I think I look better than a blow-up doll,” she told Out.

“I do have that blow-up doll thing with the boobs, and the big round lips and the long hair. My boobs and lips and ass and hips are inflated. My head a little bit, too.

Asked whether doctors refused a procedures, she explained, “No, but I recently got my eyes done, and I was really happy with them. They’re now much more doll-like. I’m glad I waited because I went to a Korean doctor, and they know how to make Japanese eyes into white eyes. I wanted my eyes bigger.

“I think I look a lot more proportionate. It makes everything else look natural because everything else is fake, so I have matching eyes now. I know I said I wasn’t going to do any surgery, and I was happy, but who can resist bigger doll eyes?”
