Here’s how to prepare the wrapped sweet potatoes in bacon bites:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. sweet potatoes
  • 2 tsp. avocado oil
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 10 strips pasture-raised bacon, sliced in half
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Preparation:

At first, you should chop the potatoes into one-inch rounds. In a way, you can easily wrap the bacon around them, make sure you choose skinny sweet potatoes instead of the old large ones. Now, toss them in avocado oil, paprika, cinnamon, sea salt, and black pepper.

Using a piece of thick-cut bacon is ideal for this recipe. When you fully coat the potato, wrap half a bacon strip around the edge of each round, slightly overlapping the ends. Secure with a toothpick.
