Baby Elephant Rescued From Riding Camp Enjoys Adorable First Bath At New Safe Home

Elephants always earn much human love for their being friendly, intelligent, and cute. And, one of the most adorable things about elephants is baby elephants taking a bath for the first time. The video showing baby Chaba’s precious reactions at her first bath will be the cutest thing you see today.

Chaba, along with her mother, was rescued from an elephant riding camp in Chiang Mai, Thailand. There, her mother was made to please tourists- riding bikes, painting pictures, or doing circus tricks.

Director Ry Emmerson of Save Elephant Foundation, the organization that saved Chaba and her mom, told the Dodo: “When our team learned about the plight of Chaba and her mother, BunMa, we went to the camp to see how we could help them. ”

After days of negotiation, in August, Save Elephant Foundation was able to get the camp’s permission to release the elephant family. It was first their intention to bring the two elephants back to nature in Elephant Nature Park (ENP), by truck. However, BunMa refused to get on the vehicle because she was afraid to be split up from her child.

As a result, Save Elephant Foundation let the elephants walk to ENP by themselves. On reaching the park, BunMa and Chaba were warmly welcomed by a cake.

After the greeting section, Chaba was given the first bath, which she didn’t expect to be so much fun. The moment when the four-month-old elephant showed her excitement touching the water for the first time was something truly magical and joyous. Watch it here:

“Chaba is a true water baby!” Emmerson said. “She loved splashing around in the water and then running back to Mum for reassurance. Now, she loves to play in the splash pool with her basketball whilst her mum enjoys some tasty fruit treats.”

On Facebook, Save Elephant Foundation wrote:

Now, Chaba and her mother are living the best quality of life. They enjoy playful days rolling down in the mud and having good meals. We would like to thank related organizations and individuals that help to rescue baby Chaba and her mother.

Tears Of Joy As Two Sisters Reunited With Their Cat Days After Apartment Fire

After Layton Meadows apartment went up in flames, many people were desperate because they lost home and belongings. But for Ryanna and her sister, Kyrie, they cared much more about their missing cat Spike than the possessions they lost.

“He is not just a pet, he is our fur baby,” Kyrie said.

“This cat is my life, this cat means everything to me,” Ryanna said.

The firefighters were able to rescue one of their cats Bugsy, but sadly, they couldn’t find Spike and he was still up there. “Spike was gone and we couldn’t find him, we thought he was maybe dead or hurt,” Ryanna said.

It was four days since the fire happened, and the sisters started assuming the worst. However, they still hoped for the best and waited for Spike every day.

And then the miracle happens, the family finally reunited with their cat. As you’ll soon see, there is no moment more precious than being reunited with their beloved cat. It was a moment they never thought would come.
